Future Plans for Growth:

  • Relocate to a larger office as new headquarter

SBS Nexus plans to relocate from its current 10,210 sq ft headquarters to a new 20,000 sq ft office in the Klang Valley to support future growth. The new space will include an event and networking hall, additional conference and board rooms, a larger training room, and a full-fledged production studio to enhance its branding and media capabilities. It will also accommodate the Group’s plan to hire 50 additional employees as demand increases. Supported by industry growth opportunities, the expanded headquarters is expected to strengthen SBS Nexus’ competitiveness. The relocation is targeted for completion within 24 months from listing, the Group intends to allocate RM5.8m funded by Public Issue proceeds, and the existing office will be rented out once the move is completed.

  • Purchase new equipment

SBS Nexus plans to invest in upgraded equipment and digital infrastructure. This includes establishing a complete IT and networking system with a server room, security features, network cabling, routers, switches, and upgraded hardware to support a larger workforce. The Group will also equip its new full-fledged production studio with drones, backdrops, microphones, tablets, and higher-spec cameras, lenses, lighting, and enhanced Adobe software plans. In line with the recruitment of 50 additional employees, SBS Nexus will purchase more laptops, computers, cloud storage, hosting servers, and additional software licences. All related capital expenditure and subscription costs which cost RM2.0m will be fully funded by the Public Issue proceeds and utilised within 24 months from the listing date.

  • Expand the customer base to the Malay-speaking SME community

SBS Nexus plans to expand its customer base by offering branding and marketing solutions to the Malay-speaking SME community, moving beyond its current Mandarin-speaking market. To support this, the Group will establish a new division and hire 18 employees across sales, content creation, design, and video production to focus on this segment. The Group intends to allocate RM1.8m funded by the Public Issue proceeds to fund their salaries over 24 months.
